Being heartbroken is the absolute worst and I am not going to sit here pretending it's not. There are, obviously, worst things in life, but if you ever been through a heartbreak, then you know it's no joke. With this being said, what comes with heartbreak extreme sadness and grief, follows the experience of listening to the most soul-crushing music, and being able to relate to them on a spiritual level. See that is something that a stable and happy relationship will not be able to give to you. Sure your partner must be nice, but who would we be without all the tears that let us experience vocals, and drum and bass on a heavenly way.

For people who may not be familiar with Olivia Rodrigo's game. She is a well-known pop star, particularly known for sneaking into fan's houses, going through their journals and writing songs about it. LOL, can you imagine, I am clearly joking, but that is pretty much how it feels like listening to her music. Heartbreak, similar to grief, has it's stages. They may vary and may not be linear for everyone; but it is most likely that if you are going through a heartbreak or have gone through one, at one point, you experienced these stages. Shock, sadness, anger, disbelief, peace, chaos, freedom, and the list goes on and on. Those are very intense emotions to feel during a kind-of short period of time. Sometimes you may feel like yapping to your friends about it for hours and hours, and sometimes, there is nothing left to say. When that time comes, it is very important you have your close and personal friend, Olivia Rodrigo, ready to verbalize all those things you can't or don't want to say out loud.

Cry it out, dance it out, scream it out. Whatever method works best for you, Olivia's got you covered (I am sensing this is starting to look like a paid promotion, sadly it is not) I just know my heartbreak songs, and hope you do too. Good luck!
